Cover it with salt and a little oil....pop it under the gorilla.....mmmh smiley

Score the rind all over with a sharp knife. In a criss cross pattern.

Rub in some oil - olive oil is the best.

Then salt all over the rind, rub it in.

Cook on a rack for the best results. Never fails, Judgey loves his crackling.

how do you do your crackling?


I've never done crackling, but if I did, I wouldn't be rubbing in salt, possibly a little oil to get things crackling   lol   lol

same here but the bride has the oven on full clacker pre heated and lobs the whole piece in for 30 min then turns the oven down to 180 for the remainder. seems to work. yum  fry

i knew a bloke that lost his ear in a fight, they replaced it with a pigs ear.

















he had to get it removed a few weeks later.
