Hope he has more success in the breeding barn than his predecessor whose off spring lack any ability or common sense.

I dunno why you're upset, all I was saying is that the son sounds like his dad.

Yes Wesley....with you all the way. I understood your drift and you're damn right.

They definitely took the correct  baby home from the Maternity Hospital.

GENES....aren't they wonderful things.

I remember a  movie...think it was SOUTH PACIFIC.....which is still a great watch.

This line...........Chinee lady........."I don't cry for sad, I cry for happy".......Peter is just an emotional, happy man.

My father who I dearly loved was much the same

He cried at my eldest brother's wedding, he cried when watching war movies and he cried when he won the 1960 Perth Cup.....the photo shows it all.

Close your eyes when you next see Paul Snowden interviewed.

Peter cannot deny parentage.

something i have found very interesting which has not been commented on is since Pete Snowden took over the Inghams horses, now Darleys,he is leading the trainers premiership and J Hawkes and his team are not in the top 15 in my paper with less than 14 wins for the season.
always suspected he rode on the Inghams coat tails.

Haven't thought to factor in the number and quality of the operations?

It's like comparing apples and oranges.

i remember getting ridiculed along with others on the old forum when stated that Hawkes would be hopeless without the Ingham horses.

Hopeless? Or the stable hasn't got the quality.

Off the top of my head the best in the stable would be Dao Dao, Rainbow Styling and even old Mentality. Anything I've missed?

He hardly has the weight of numbers or the runners to challenge.

Shaun, bit hard to compare, a stable with 1000 horses on the books, and one with probably 100
