Seems most of us know someone who owns a hair in the tail of a BTM.

I know some  guys who had a share in this horse 800 shares cost  them less than $1k and had tons of fun and good earner from day one when they got their money back at its' first start .



Are you saying they backed her?
Surely the Goulburn Maiden she won wasn't worth nearly 800k  lol

I think it's fair to say we saw at least two topliners at Doomben on Saturday: FUNTANTES and ORTENSIA.

Both should continue to test the top-liners in the next month or so.

Another highlight was the successful return to racing of part-time sire COURT COMMAND.

AAMI Stradbroke Day offers the Bet of a Lifetime –
over $10,000 up for grabs
The bet of a lifetime is up for grabs at the AAMI Stradbroke Day, Saturday 6 June.
The Queensland Turf Club and the Bookmakers’ Association are offering one lucky
punter a $10,000 win only bet on the state’s grandest race, the AAMI Stradbroke
Handicap.
This year there are increased chances to win a bet with ten finalists also receiving
‘win-only’ bets of different values - one person will win the $10,000 win-only bet on
the AAMI Stradbroke Handicap; five will win a $1,000 win-only betting voucher and
four will each receive a $100 betting voucher.
All ten finalists will be part of a major prize draw on AAMI Stradbroke Day at
approximately 3pm. All finalists must claim their prize in person and place their bet
at least 10 minutes before the big race. The race is scheduled for 4pm.
WHEN: Saturday 6 June
Bet of a Lifetime drawn at 3pm
AAMI Stradbroke Handicap race at 4pm
WHAT: AAMI Stradbroke Bet of a Lifetime
WHERE: Draw will take place in the Mounting Yard, Eagle Farm
Racecourse
WHY: One person will win a $10,000 win-only bet on the AAMI
Stradbroke Handicap. Five people will receive a $1000
win-only bet and runners up will each receive a $100
bet.

There are coupons in today's and tomorrow's C-M for the $10,000 Bet on the Straddy.

The winner of the draw had his $10,000 on Black Piranha at $4.2.  And so did 3 of the $1000 consolation draws.
