responsibilty sits with the stacked commitee of the mackay turf club and their great labor buddies at qrl pty ltd.....the drains at the track have been blocked for over 4 years now and no...NO....NONE.....remedial work have been done by the lame duck committee and its labor party president....as trainers struggle to make ends meet the sale of the track to qrl will be pushed through and 10 million spent on another of bob's latest schemes/scams.....sad really rant

The 2YOs have all turned up. Thumb Up   All the emergencies missed out on a tilt at the big prize.

Damian Browne is following his last-start Cushion winner, RIVER LAD.  With the good draw, he looks the one to beat.

I was impressed by the run of GEMMARS GIRL at EF on debut.  With Wiggins and a reasonable draw, she's worth consideration.

Our fellow has done well.  Has a middle draw.  I think he'd prefer longer - and maybe weaker - but let's hope Jay Ford can weave some magic and get him into the first 5.

Browne's also got One Eyed in the 2nd, I'd be more surprised if he didn't go home with 2 winners than if he did.

Thanks, SW. Thumb Up   He went well, eh?  Seems he doesn't wanna go early, but can finish off.  I've owned worse horses.
