I heard Murrihy being interviewed on RadioTAB (4TAB) on Wednesday about the Fallon trial and then the talk switched to Chris Munce.

Apparently he shares a cell with 24 and there are no beds, pillows or blankets. Murrihy was asked what would happen on his release (from an Aussie jail). Murrihy said he would most likely have to front the HKJC as a result of the court findings. He said he could face suspension although time served in jail may count as part of suspension.

The HKJC released a statement yesterday advising they were reconvening their inquiry into Chris Munce's ICAC 'conspiracy for an agent to accept advantages' charges on 3 November.

Munce will be released next week on 31 October from Silverwater prison.  It is not known if Munce will have to travel to HK to attend the inquiry.

If they give him time ..... would be ok if they use the time already spent not riding as his suspension, makes sense to me that he has already done his time
