Thought I would start a thread for tips and general chatter and even any questions that newbies or oldies may have for the guys that log on here alot... If you have a question for a trainer like geoff about a problem with a horse and how to fix it or... A question for someone that owns a horse or even some advice on form/opinion for an upcoming race.. So don't be bashful any newies...Ask questions here ... So don't be bashful any oldies...Post tips or if you just like one for the day here.... Just some ideas but even how you think a race will pan out can help another forumite... A thread to help everyone out about the great sport of Harness Racing.......  |

I'm bored tonight house sitting in Canberra no SKY Channel  so I decided to have a couple of small bets on the pacers and listen to them on my laptop.......had a couple of very small duets and a flexi quaddie the first leg paid $37.90, to get 2nd in the last leg was cruel IMO

Include Conquer All in your exotics...Will be flying home from 3 fence .... Not sure if anyone followed him after this start I tipped him and he galloped but at his very next start on Friday night at Melton.... 2-CONQUER ALL NZ $35.90 $4.70 Did enjoy a little of it myself  |

Michael Bellman's drive on Hitemup was a shocker at Terang. stays back just long enough to make his run when it's all over. Hope the stewards give him a few questions as the horse was a short favourite

That bloke on Sheezallatitude( winner of the 2nd Menangle) hardly ever took his eyes of the pursuers.
Is that okay by the laws of trotting (or whatever they are)

Today is Wed March 31st....
Have to hand it to QLD racing.....Fields up for Tuesday April 6th already.....
Now thats service to punters/owners/trainers...
HRV are up to Sunday 4th only..

Sorry guys but had to mention what an awesome performance from Smoken Up last week to sit in breeze and win going 1.50 and change...
That 1.50 mark will get beaten soon I have no doubt and if he finds the lead there at his top then 1.49 will be the new mark..
Remember youi heard it here and will be happy to bump it when he does....
What a super super horse he is...
Here is a question...Who wins if Smoken Up leads and Sokyola sits outside him?? The gap has narrowed over last 12 months for sure.........

Denzil I know Sokyola was good but I would rather Smoken Up. I reckon Sokyola would have to lead to beat Smoken Up, wheras Smoken up could sit outside him, especially around a big track like Menangle.
That was an amazing effort last Friday they say the track and weather weren't conducive to records and he still nearly did it. As soon as the fixed markets were up I took a good sized double Make Mine Cullen into Smoken Up, and I was worried at the top of the straight. But he is just a very game horse.

Interesting runner in 2nd at Maryb here.... Tuhimata Glass first up for Lance..Last win was 163,000 breeders crown final and in a 3T0 Don't know if has been sold to here but if it has you would think they paid plenty and would handle these. Not sure why it's been sent to Lance though |
