another handicapping system that deserves to be looked at.
easy to fix imo.
handicap the horses eg
60kg
58kg
53kg
51kg
50kg
50kg
48kg
43kg
38kg
then when the acct come ot and the top 2 didnt accept raise your weights as they do to the 57kg minimum topweight and anything below the 53kg up to 53kg. easy.
top 2 didnt accept weights raised 4kg  Thumb Up  and your handicapped field would still remain a handicap  Thumb Up

The fact they are racing around a goat track like Ipswich is a nightmare, not the fact they are all on the same weight, that should make it easier to find the winner.
