As far as i can tell has only had 11 rides in his career for 2 winners.

He has a ride for his father at ROYAL ASCOT tonight.

What are the chances of a jockey of such limited experience getting a ride at the Melbourne Cup carnival ?

We had a horse with Bob Thomson when Robbie Brewer was just starting out his apprenticeship. We wanted to put him on a horse at Canterbury, but he was refused due to lack of experience or the like.
