"Trainer Mr P. Moncrieff pleaded guilty to a charge under A.R.175(hh) in that he used and had in his possession an electronic apparatus capable of affecting the performance of a horse, namely, BENT PENNY in Race 1 and ANNUM AL in Race 3. The inquiry was adjourned to a time and date to be fixed"

Maybe he should have tried the eveready heavy duty because the ones he supposedlly used didn't do the job...Look where they finished.

Got "pinched" $1000, and now they (the stewards) say it was a laser.???
