When did Queensland annex Tasmania?

The Darwin Cup (being held in the Northern territory) thread is allowed under RTA why not Tassie racing which infact is a State of the Commonwealth and entitled to it's own thread, as are the other states.  Perhaps it's a matter of balance of the boards ?.
