The point is this thread is being dragged off topic, and while you all are having fun, when normal people unlike ourselves come to read the thread, they may be frightened away from posting something intelligent  rolleyes

I use a computer program . Still have to pick the right races to bet on though. I like to stick to certain jockies on the fancied picks.

Have just bought a copy of a software program DOS2USB which allows old DOS programs to print directly to the newer type USB Printers. My old program used to print to an older type serial or parallel printer and could not get it to print to my new USB Printer. The BHAKTE DOS2USB software immediately printed the output without any program changes. Cost of software was $ 23.03 au, and saved me having to re-program my old DOS program of 3000 lines of code into Visual Basic, so that I could use the more modern printer. Recommended.

Ah, an old Turbo or GW Basic man, pity about being limited to only 64K of string space.

Actually Wyatt more of a Quickbasic man in the past, but with modern computers  with huge memory and Hard disc capacity,  all files are now preloaded, so  during runs there is unlimited space to hold everything you need at warp speeds. And you need to be warped to beat this game.
But to be able to save a re-programming of a very good system the DOS2USB software has been a real great help.

Studying Form : I spend about two minutes per race and with just about all required data being downloadable from the UNITAB site, Race File and Form FIle, one can do all the Saturday races from New Zealand to Perth just to fill the day in. Most of this is collected on Friday. Cheers.
