According to STC sectional times Absent Friends ran  the last 200m in 8.69 secs the last 400 in 19.89 secs  600 in 31.34 800 in 42.52 .How unbelievable is that  angry

If you have a copy of Friday's Sportsman have a look at Shayne O'Cass's Sydney Preview column on page 14.He quotes Madame Pedrille running her last 400m in 20.88.More Joyous took at least a length of her in the run home yet only ran her 400m in 22.02.I know he is only going off the Sydney Sectional times report that was printed in the Midweek Sportsman but wouldn't you think any supposed expert would immediately realise the time was clearly wrong and  at the very least not go around quoting it?
