Weather is crazy...........12 degrees at 2pm on Monday.(Perth)
And it was blowing strong....reckon this wind is half the cause of your problems today.

Grats...had to change it to Monday...sorry about that.
It's been consistently cold since I arrived back here, August 20
Relief coming this weekend(max 20,23,26) but nights will be COLD(5)

Mono....every morning...your first meal....half a cup of oats to one cup of water...soak 15 mins (shower then)...cook until boils....spread onto a dinner plate(to let heat out)
No milk...no sugar....can add currants, banana or grated apple....very good for you.
***I take one cup oats,2 cups water
