From time-to-time some of us ask for help with relatively simple queries.
Where's a certain horse, or jockey, for example.
This thread would seem a good spot to plant such questions.

If anyone has the tape of Race 6 Canterbury 9/9, I'd be interested to get a report on the run of the MANOLOBLAHNIKS.
Was drawn wide, went back, in black and white colours.
Thanks in advance.

Is there a website around which shows a horse's previous trainer(s)?

Geoff
The Racenet on-line form service for the particular day, will show the previous trainer if e.g. today's run is the first for a new trainer. Sportsman does the same.
But that might not be what you're seeking.

No not really.
I regularly see horses in and think ...."Wasn't that trained by so and so?"

If it's a Qld race, and you know a date when the horse ran a place, I think the QRL website race result will show the trainer.

DD, settled at rear and never left the fence, made fair ground in straight when they were running quick times on the day. Kept going after the line (a good sign) to the extent that Mark Shean called it flashing through late, when in fact up to the line it didn't make up any ground quickly.

Always some exceptionally helpful people about.
