Trying to lose some weight, since I have stopped working with the GG's, I have ballooned from around 90kg, to 105.

I have got some weight loss shakes, and am going to cut back on my meal sizes (which is hard as the wife is such a good cook tears ) and frequency.

I am going to use this thread to help remind and motivate me, and to track my progress.

Have also got a treadmill next to my work station, so ill endeavour to carve out some miles smiley

Don't you find that after you've had the first glass and put it back in the fridge, it never has that same zingerooo?

Funny you should ask that.  I wait for Daryl Brohman to advertise my gear at Lowes but blokes I know that are fatter than me reckon that they only buy 102-107cm gear.  Must be bloody oncompfortable . I go for 4x for comfort. Might look like clown's pants but who gives a stuff   biggrin

I see Clive Palmer (Qld's richest man for those that don't know) on TV last night and he had his strides down real low. Looked bloody terrible.  Looked like he was a fellow Lowes buyer.

    biggrin

You know the the funny thing,

I very rarely eat takeaway / fastfood.

I normally only eat two meals, a late lunch and tea, and all my wife's meals are your standard run of the mill meals

Steak and Vege's, mashed potato, pasta's, spag bol, Shepard's pies etc.

Rarely drink Softdrink, and or deserts, sweets, and the stuff you would expect to be a contributor to gaining weight

I have tea, and any left overs, I have for lunch chin

Must just be a volume thing dry

You didn't say how much booze you drink.  chin

Ya gotta pour a glass and put the cap on tight and put it back in the fridge.
It loses its zingaroo if the kids pour a glass and leave it on the bench for an hour with the cap off  lol

That's why people still buy cans, can keep them opened in the fridge & still are OK for awhile.

Whoever opens a can of coke and doesn't finish it can't call themselves a true coke drinker  nowink

Thinking about releasing a book one day called "The No White Diet" but thought it might be deemed rascist in some countries. rant

Get rid of all the white foods out of your diet, like sugar, salt, bread, pasta, rice, milk, etc, etc.
Get into the brown rice, brown bread, brown sugar, all better for you.

The trick is that it's the opposite for meats.
White meats are good, chicken, fish, seafood.
