Trying to lose some weight, since I have stopped working with the GG's, I have ballooned from around 90kg, to 105.

I have got some weight loss shakes, and am going to cut back on my meal sizes (which is hard as the wife is such a good cook tears ) and frequency.

I am going to use this thread to help remind and motivate me, and to track my progress.

Have also got a treadmill next to my work station, so ill endeavour to carve out some miles smiley

Wily I really dislike all coffee.

Does anyone know if macadamia nut are any good for you?

If not, what type of nuts can be OK?

I'm beating some of my health problems by walking heaps. Dont really lose that much weight, but feel a hell of a lot better with getting blood pressure under control.

Really enjoy the walking and leaving the car at home.  Only walking about 5k some days but with this great weather it is so relaxing.

Doesn't taste like coffee ,grats.

I got a packet yesterday and I'll let you know how it goes.

I know 2 people who have used it. One has lost 5kg in 10 days, the other.....zero.

Mind you, they had different brands and one is better than the other, apparently

If anyone is looking to lose weight, i used to work at Bodytrim (you know the ads on tv, lose 5KG or get it free!)

this actually works, we had people writing in and calling with their stories of losing 50kg fast, and if you want to get it for free (minus P&H) there is a way around paying, but id rather not say it on a public forum

its basically a low carb diet but with a few different things.
