Someone just posted they want to back one in next years Melbourne Cup but I reckon this fella has some upside. Won at Randwick on Cup Day over 2600 admittedly against walkers. However it was only his 6th start and he has got better as the racers have got longer.

Suspect he is a stayer of some promise and will win a good race one day.

  lol

Fair call.

I think I'm saying unless they're champions or trained by bart you can put a line straight through them.

You told me a 3 year old couldn't win the Cox Plate. Each horse needs to be assessed on its own ability.

This horse has won 3 races at distances of 2000m or further in its first 6 starts. Not many Australian horses have that. He might be apretty good stayer, regardless of where he is trained.

Its manners far from perfect for a Top stayer.
Finishes like a two mile horse. Yes

Over-races badly early.

Considering it settles back in the field, a big negative.  ( for that trait)

Innes was in lots of trouble (early) when it won on Tuesday at Randwick.

But still wins....can't knock horse....have to presume will get even better, when settles
