Reading the stewards report doesn't throw much light on the difficuties Richie spoke about but obviously escaped the so called eagle eyes of stewards
But looking through their reports from last Sat to confirm something I thought I spotted on a replay of R9 there was no mention of the horse I noticed.

It was in yesty and ran an encouraging third at very good odds the place .
