Today at Warwick Farm, you just witnessed another "High Chapparal" bound for total stardom here in OZ.

Ran 4th....race 6....SAINT CHAPPARAL

Has the breeding to be outstanding too.(will like it longer than today)
Dam,Saint Cecile (by Pompeii Court), has won a G1,G2 and two listed races...all in NZ.

An EXCEPTIONAL debut....top shelf material.

So let's recount....we have SO YOU THINK
                                        MONACO CONSUL
                                        SAINT CHAPPARAL
and.....one more.....there was a brilliant one from QLD.....early this year...trained by John Wallace?

Alas Shoot Out has been snipped. Have to agree Duke High Chaparral has had an outstanding start to his career in Australia after success in UK.

Saint Chapparal is owned by "S SO"......would have to be a Chinese name.

Hope owner is not ****Hong Kong or ***Singapore based...we may lose him early

****the silks not familiar to me.

(No money for Saint Chapparal today...at debut)

Well there must have been something terribly wrong today for Monaco Consul, or its a great knock for the 3yos.

Thats was a shocker.
