Not an opinion on the method, but if you have the discipline Aand it sounds like you do, i'd be inclined to stick to nothing but HONG KONG.

Twice a week, the form is fairly easy to follow. I just wish I had the disciplne. 

Yes. Internet has made me more selective. Just put 'em on and thats it. When you are on course it is easy to get wrapped up in the atmosphere ( whats left of it )

Discipline is good, but unless your picks have an edge.............

They reckon if you're not living on the edge you're taking up too much room.

I'd say if you aren't turning over $2000 on the days bets, would hardly be worth worrying about. Make 10%, you have to be good to do that over time, you make $200.  If you're gonna put a bit of work and preparation time in, you want to be getting more than $20 or $50 out of it a week.

Hey Clibbo.....I have been having a little look through my system archive here, and unearthed something that may interest you. It is based on non-metro races exclusively, produces very few selections, around one per day actually, and only operates over the summer months November to March. It has won every year since 2000, and seems to improve year by year. However, you will need that discipline you speak of, as the preferred odds range is no longer than 12/1 with the books, and the track must be no worse than Dead. Typically there will be quite a few selections per day, most will be roughies and eliminated. So monitoring is essential. But the POT over time has been so high, it's worth it to be patient. More details later.

System Results: (over 49 months) , 991 bets, 131 wins, POT +69.3 %. (best 3 totes & SP )

Heck, thats only 20 bets per month.    This actually made a clear profit at SP, which ain't easy with horses averaging over 8/1. I'll PM them to you if you would like them clibbo, it'll just be you and me privy to them, the rest of these buggers can go without.
