Unbelievable win at Cranbourne in the Maiden Final. Gave them an impossible start and rocketed home to win. Has had huge wraps on it and will make a very exciting chaser

It is bred in the purple( Slater-Al Fresco)

Was a bit lucky mate, but wait until it draws the pink. This dog will be the new 'Whisky Assassin'  lol

I think that would make it a half brother to Mantra Lad.

Just watching Pure Drops closing effort in the first, I am no expert but he seemed to be more interested in the dog on his inside than finishing the race off ?

What are your thoughts Ara and FR ?

Now seriously I've jut won but this is a dog to lay until it gets to middle distance. Got a miracle run there at the first turn. No early pace at all. Going to struggle in 500's with full fields.

A couple of things your forgetting mate.Firstly, Cranbourne is one of the tightest 4 turn tracks in oz and doesn't suit dogs of his style.Secondly, he is still young and maturity will play a big part in this dogs career. Can you imagine a young pup, who can run 30.27 around Cranbourne at its first run, with 12 months experience and with a motor like his famous half brother, Mantra Lad??????? Look out Shootout!!!

Of course he will get beaten with his style of racing over 500m, but can you imagine the thrills this pup is going to create if he stays injury free? Reminds me a lot of a puppy, who died(on operating table) when at his peak, Wings Of Fortune. That pup was guna be a freak.
