Unbelievable win at Cranbourne in the Maiden Final. Gave them an impossible start and rocketed home to win. Has had huge wraps on it and will make a very exciting chaser

It is bred in the purple( Slater-Al Fresco)

Lines up at Sandown on Thursday night. Race 11 - 2. Meets a very mediocre lot and should be winning with even luck.

Massive run to finish 2nd last night. Can't wait to see it from box 7 or 8, then over 600m.  noteworthy

A couple of things your forgetting mate.Firstly, Cranbourne is one of the tightest 4 turn tracks in oz and doesn't suit dogs of his style.Secondly, he is still young and maturity will play a big part in this dogs career. Can you imagine a young pup, who can run 30.27 around Cranbourne at its first run, with 12 months experience and with a motor like his famous half brother, Mantra Lad??????? Look out Shootout!!!

Slow early in an 8 dog field is still slow early and a 4 dog field  wink

The Shoot Out is 4 top liners, all can run time and is normally won by the dog that lands on the bunny as it will carve out time, which will make it very hard for those chasing

Mantra Lad (Ten Bandannas half brother) might disagree  lol

Time Framer had lengths on Reggiemite and Golden Currency in their Shoot Out.  He was a run on dog and wasn't anywhere near Reggie at the finish.

Time Framer's record Career: 45 Starts. 7-12-7

His last 17 runs after the Shootout netted 0 wins and 6 placings  lol

Reggemite's record Career: 48 Starts. 33-3-2

Golden Currency would have been 7 years old to have raced in it Skybeau. The dog your referring to is Golden Butter - Career: 52 Starts. 16-11-9

Both dogs had far superior speed to Time Framer(biggest cat since sylvester) and the fact it started $1.50 shows how dumb some punters are.

Lengths is probably an overstatement.  On times before the Shoot Out PB's were :

Time Framer  29.69
Reggemite    29.85

So he had about 3 lengths on him.  Reggemite ran 29.74 in the shootout and never went any faster after those runs.  No denying from me that after the SO TF didn't do anything of note.

Time Framer never did anything of note ....period. In the 3 months leading up to the Shootout TF had run 30.47,30.11,29.99 and 30.13 all at Sandown. Then people wonder why he gets beat in 29.74(running 30.06 himself?????????)  lol   lol   lol   lol

The $1.50 0ffered was almost as funny as his one off fluke.... 29.69.  wink
