Well after today's effort I think he deserves his own post.

The theory is you can only win, but of course you can make your opposition look very average - that he did.

He wasn't missed by too many on his debut and followed up today. Gave them a flogging - by 7 lengths. Wasn't flash away, 4L off them at the turn, he just skipped away in the straight.

Interestingly he's not nommed in the Aust Guineas. Surely he'll be nommed for Sydney features.

Ran at Flem was great, Certainly didn't get many favours today but still won easy,

I heard second hand from a stable insider (the same who gave me early notice Efficient would not run in last years Cup) that he was a solid bet on debut at place odds ($4). As we know he just fell short in a rough-house race.

Apparently the stable rates him extremely highly.

He only beat a bunch of moderate types the other day but the way he came from the back on that track (Cranbourne? - they seemed to get fanned very wide) and still won by a mile showed he might be a little special.  Will only get better over more ground too I imagine.

Think hes only having one more run over 1800 at Sandown and then will be put away for the Spring.

Wouldn't be too many Galileo's winning by 7L would there.

I think Dean Leaster highlighted it on debut when he said not too many of Lloyd's horses debut in the city.

Anyway big risk tomorrow imo, although $2.50 would be just about right - leave me out.

Not to say he's not a Saturday class horse though.

No favours in the draw...but then being tardy at the jump a wide draw might not hurt him greatly?

Just having a quick gander at the field. Is he a monte to start in the red?

A source from the USA has his odds listed as 9/5.

Don't think he would have won today after seeing Snowdens Lohnro bolt in.
