6 - 3.55PM - EXPRESSWAY STAKES - 1200 METRES

Of $200000 and $1500 trophy.  1st $130000 and trophy of $1500, 2nd $40000, 3rd $18000, 4th $8000, 5th $4000. Starter Subsidy: $200 for non-prize earning runners. For Three-Years-Old and Upwards. Standard Weight for Age. (GROUP 2). No Allowances for apprentices.  Field Limit: 18 + 4 EM

centennial park looked fantastic in his exhibition gallop- think with schofields kid aboard ?
made a mental note to back him 1st up - anywhere -
on the flip side - more than great worked poorly with him to my eye

Agree on both fronts Seal - and I was thinking I'd be loading up on Centennial Park here until I saw Danleigh was running. Throw in the forecast of rain and it looks tough to be betting against Danleigh. Looks an interesting way to kick off the Sydney autumn though.

He hasnt led previously at 1200 and took a while to get going last prep. His first few runs to in the Spring were average at best.

As I said hard race.
