Michelle's ride on Rebel Truce R3 Sand 23 Jan is the subject of further enquiries by RVL stewards and rightly so.Horse was last away tailed the field and was running strongly  up on the fence until it couldn't progress any further unless it had wings. Thumbs Down

Probably won't get time but it did look hot imo.

Did they want her to pull it to the middle of the track where nothing was making ground?

The way the track was playing that day it had to be ridden for luck to be given any chance from back in the field.

Surely the stewards were aware of this.

I don't think snookering yourself on the rail was giving it much of a chance. In saying that...Michelle was on TVN on Saturday and explained the ride by saying the horse generally wants to layin under pressure and she elected to try and use the rail.

Stewards not happy with her sticking to the rails but she's cleared of anything untoward.

Any reason she is no longer riding for M Kent after enjoying a such successful strike rate ?

God,  I completely forgot she used to ride for him.

Maybe Kent thinks, if I can get Williams, why would I go for her..

Could be in a bit of froth and bubble after Count Dewin's win (Moe Race 7).

Shouldn't she have stopped riding and straighten him.

She did switch the whip from left to right, but will that be enough to satisfy the stewards?

I hope so, but doubt it.

Shocking ride on Chaparro, He was absolutely bolting at the back of the field and Payne has it under double wraps until they enter the straight. DISGUSTING DISPICABLE DIPLORABLE.
