What are our thoughts tonight fellas?

I'd be all over Blue Oscar in the second if it was dead or worse, but not on a good when hes up against Instructor. Although he's nicely down in the weights and Instructors best is further, just cant back him at that price on a good. Still looks very hard to beat.

In race 4 Swooper has been very well backed dropping back to mares grade.

My Emotion very well supported in the sixth, who you know will be very strong late, and has a good win at MV at her only start there, but handy little field.

Not a bad group of stayers going round in the MV Night Cup either, another interesting race.

Good card.  Thumb Up

As soon as the speed was as fast as it was CW must have had a bigger grin on his face than me though, really suited, she'll get further than a mile.

Thought it was the right price to be on Zavite EW.

Tevez goes off again----

Well done.

Good work Tev, I'm glad I stayed out because I wouldnt have picked him.

Boy though must he be some galloper to own - he is as honest as the day is long, has won plenty of good races and taken his connections to the Melbourne Cup.

Maybe one mate  Wine Glass    lol

Now as Chuggers will be able to tell you, 9/10 times we turnover profit on the Valley nights (cant even remember the last time we even finished down) but this rate consistently drops on the Saturdays. You see I usually tell him we just cash up on the Friday nights for the Saturdays, but in reality this is a bad mentality should be the opposite from what I find when comparing results.

I mean the Saturdays treat us okay usually most of the time, and we do have the odd very good days as all do, but never quite as satisfying in general on Saturdays..

I always give more selections for the Sat. Should I just bet less on the Sat? Pick less? I'm dumbfounded. Am thinking of just putting most of me hard earned away for tomorrow.. Some advice on this would be appreciated.

Im on the red wine now mate too , ha . They have consistently been winning discussions.

I tend to enjoy a fri nite at home after a big week and can study a few races in depth . On sat i have a lot of stuff to do and usually enjoy catching up with the boys and a beer at the pub and might take my eye off the ball a bit .

I think the mv fri nite races have less real winning chances in each race and therefore the live chances stand out better .

Tonights results went my way and am prepared to put the cue in the rack for the weekend . I put some caulfield  bets on earlier with galloping hill my best potential result .

Thats my 2 bobs worth mate

Bubbles for me!  A good week altogether!  Getting better at this! Even picked a couple myself with no help from the clever boys!  Couldn't share though, as real left field stuff I thought!   Might give up the day job now!
