Around 50 % of the Inglis Premier Yearling Sale has been completed  The sale results of the much hyped Elvstroem are puzzling. So far 44 of his progeny have been up for sale. Eighteen have sold at an average of $ 54,750, sixteen have been passed in and ten have been withdrawn . Lot 81 was passed in yesterday for $10,000 but was later sold for $5,500.
The number passed in  ( 16 ) and withdrawls ( 10 ) beggars the question what does this mean ?

Be a part owner of this exciting Elvstroem filly out of a multiple stakes place mare, she is a half to a Stakes winning mare and a full sister to the smart Mick Price trained Don Jose. HUGE residual value !

Both sire and dam winners as 2yo's. Staying pedigree that can run early!!

Elvstroem is quietly amassing some impressive figures. Of his 35 winners, an incredible 17.14% are stakes performers and 57.42% of his runners have won or placed.

Elvstroem is the leading second-crop sire in Victoria and he has some promising three-year-olds about to race - some of them already delivering!

To be trained by John McArdle at Mornington.
John is best known for his 2004 VRC Oaks winner Hollow Bullet, and 2005 VRC Sires Produce winner Danger Looms. Of recent times the smart sprinter Sweet Cheeks and up and coming staying type in Absolute Faith.
