Checked at the 500 in the Diamond and ran 5l off them, but no excuses today I dont think - Secession can be sacked?

Missed the kick slightly and was back on the inside which by the time of the race may not have been the best place to be  what

Said he favoured Secession because he thought Melb 2 year old form was stronger than Sydney's.

I think the winner was on the fence in running as well but angled off on straightening
