New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing has charged jockey Troy Harris with a Serious Racing Offence "in accordance with the NZ Rules Of Racing". NZTR noted: "When directed to supply a sample of his urine for analysis at the Matamata Racing Club meeting on Wednesday 17 March, Troy Harris committed a dishonest act with respect to supplying that sample." The hearing will take place at Waikato Racecourse on March 30. (Mar 22)
