He's won a listed race at Caulfield on a Dead track and a Group 2 mile at Moonee Valley on Slow going. Wouldn't say he's a swimmer but seems to handle it OK.

Funny thing, Dao Dao probably made more money running 3rd
than winning the Donnie in which after that, would of went real close.

could be wrong  :nowink:

My point is he does get well back in his races with the short straight I can't see it being in his favour.

Old Fields Came from last at the 200 and you wouldn't call El S or M Diva
on the pace runners, away he's probably to good to come here.

are they bringing Dao Dao back here?
that was a terrific effort.
took his time getting going in the straight or were the front runners just stopping, good run just the same.

Sadly, Niconero has bowed a tendon in the race and his career looks over.

watching on tvn, after the 1st,the female presenter said the steward spoke to all jocks re the going,1 said it was good to fast, all the others said it was good,so steward said the official going will remain as good, wonder if our stewards have ever considered asking the jocks how they rate the going?

Nice to see ex melb galloper ( M Kent trained)  Fair Trade win on Sunday. Good effort going straight into class 2 in Hong Kong and winning first up, mind you, sold for 1.2 mill should think so. Better trainer now in Caspar Fownes

Dont know anything about this bloke but with what his got Mick does very well. I really felt sorry for him losing this one. It was his chance to get some top credit, which he really deserves. Hes been so great to the young import Gundogdu too, great story there.
