Came across this bloke when checking the fields for the weekend.

Dreadful resumption at the beginning of April - 12th of 17 beaten 13.5 lengths over 2400m in maiden at Leopardstown.

Has an entry in a 10f maiden at Navan on Saturday.

Ran second overnight in a mile maiden at Cork.

Under heavy riding for a long way. Suspect 2000+ next time out.

Does both tonight at the Curragh.

6th of the 6, beaten 16 lengths.

That would tend to suggest he needs a significant drop back in grade.

Obviously not improving that rapidly. I wonder if they used that race to see if he had the speed on  raceday ( which he doesn't ) to do the pacemaking duties in future events. Backed up far too quickly I'd have thought.

Old Glory was beaten 10 lengths in the Irish Guineas and was joint favourite and failed to put listed company away.
