Well, he won the the first leg easily, which should have been the toughest for him, based on his pedigree.

Now an even money fav for the Derby.

And is not completely out of it.

He is a genuine chance, If the favourite is unlucky and the second favourite fails to stay the trip Sevenna Star is a real chance.

It really is an open race, Apart from the favourite every other horse is double figures and I am not convinced about Saxon Warrior on this track and surface.

Leaving the favourite out.

J H M Gosden seems to think the Redoute's Choice colt is more of a St Leger than a Derby horse.

If there are any chinks in the stamina of the main protagonists he should be close enough in running to take advantage.

He has not raced for over a month he should be as fresh as a daisy.
