Singapore's big day.

Both looking like Raffles to me, which is appropriate!

It has 2 races of any note on the card yet Sky Channel will give it a whole channel to itself.

Yesterday South Australia had a whole card of black type racing yet was banished to Sky 1 and 2.

They are a disgrace.

Surely what you wand others are missing is that the general terms and conditions of how races are telecast comes down to individual contracts that Sky creates and adheres to.

Perhaps the issue is what bodies like SA Racing allow themselves to sign up to? Just offering alternative viewpoint of sorts.

Agreed Steve and also I would think that the SA contract was set up without the knowledge that
the broadcast scene would change.

While I have some sympathy for Auth's point which meeting would he have kicked off central?

I saw some criticism of the lack of detailed coverage of the Sunshine Coast so whatever way they went
someone would not be happy.

The Singapore (and Hong Kong) coverage seldom interfere with Australian domestic racing and they do have
a much higher turnover than the UK racing on Friday and Wednesday nights.

Think the most surprising thing is lack of Aust representation at Singapore.

S3 Million for SIA Cup and S1 Million for KrisFlyer.

Knoydart, El Roca, Black Heart Bart, Lord Of The Sky, Rain Affair etc all possibles and that's just quick look at horses that have run recently.

Surely you are joking about any of those horses you have mentioned.

None of them are types I'd target OS - just examples of runners targeting races here with less prizemoney and possiblly lesser ratings. How many could beat Emperor Max home.

Have had something on Meet And Greet in the Group 1 today.

Was a reasonable city grade performer in Australia. Is second up. 3 goes for 3 wins. Impossible to tell what the opposition are like but at $34 you can probably afford to take some risk on  :)

Emily Finnegan rode the first winner there today.
