Glen Boss congrats on an OK carnival, not as many winners that we're accustomed to but you did supply me with the quote of the year when interviewed after the Emirates ride on He's Remarkable "He's a 5yo stallion who is gay" brilliant Goss at his best.

Gee Boss hasn't ridden a good race all spring in town but today rode a corker to win the Cranbourne Cup,I took him in the Star Stable and he has contributed almost nothing to my 1.8mil after two rounds,if I drop him he will get form you could bet.

The rumour is Boss is looking to get off PDL in the cup to ride Voleuse de Coeurs

Anyone know why he stopped riding Hazard at the 200m yesterday? Did it go amiss?

from the stewards   8-)

G Boss, rider of Hazard which weakened in the straight, believes that the mare would be better ridden with cover however in the straight did not appear to let down and may be feeling the effects of the firmer track conditions.  A post race veterinary of Hazard revealed no abnormalities.

Yeah his ride on PAKAL was fantastic as was his ride earlier in the day on NOBLE STAR - loved how he looked sideways as he went past them even though he was only a few metres from the line and barely in front, but had momentum up.

Just as much as a headscratcher is why so many others choose not to be close inside when it provided every winner on day.

Just as much as a headscratcher as why everyone didn't see this coming a mile off when you run a Friday night meeting rail out 9M and move the rail back to true on Sunday.

We warned about it Sunday morning on our website as did quite a few other people.

Heard Boss is coming back to Australia.

It will be interesting to see where he will be based and will he get rides.

Heard an interview with him last week.

He said initially Melbourne but would see whether good rides are forthcoming and what the family wants before
deciding permanently
