Frankie takes Regan's place for Royal Ascot.

Owner apparently couldn't ignore Frankie's record there compared with Regan's complete lack of one.

Unexpected by and unfortunate for the young fellow. Seems he'd already booked his flights.

On 12 March 2018, Bensley reported the trainer as saying Bayliss had been booked for the horse for the Golden Jubilee.

Must've got his wires crossed.

Whilst i hope he does not run last i think it is a ridiculous and unnecessary  jockey switch.

If you can handle the pressure of a Lightning and Newmarket you will not be overawed by Ascot i wouldn't have thought.

At least when he does not win Bayliss will not be blamed. I doubt it will be Frankies fault either.
