Oh dear. Williams on Charlievoix. No fault of his own if you see the stewards footage

Wind playing havoc down there so expect some disasters

Watch J Orman on the third horse at Ipswich in the last Today. For some unaccountable reason he ducks in behind a slow horse at the 250 metre mark when his horse is about to get into the action. The dopes who masquerade as Stewards didn't even ask the question. What are they getting paid for ?

Yes , I  just saw that. And not a mention in the Steward' s Report. I read the Report and it didn't say Stevie Wonder was running the meeting.

Yes he has slipped many rungs since his days as a gun apprentice. Even  John Hawkes wanted him in Sydney in those days. Also watch the ride of Jay Ford on one called Ottamae in Race 6 at Gosford Today. Misses the kick slightly and then steers it in to every bum possible after that. In prior times we had a nice turn of phrase for a ride like that. No good asking the Stewards they haven't the foggiest.

Hot pot goes down at Musswelbrook  today very rough riding by all three jockeys inquiry held after the last but no results available yet.

Race 5: Class 1 Handicap 1000m
Floki – slow to begin, then raced in restricted room for some distance after
entering the home straight. Then had to be steadied and shifted in after
failing to obtain a narrow run between Oakfield Time and Final Frontier
near the 250m. S Lisnyy (Oakfield Time) was found guilty of a charge of
careless riding (AR137a), in that inside the 100m, he allowed his mount to
shift in whilst riding it along when not clear of Floki, resulting in Floki being
crowded onto the running rail, being checked, blundering and losing its
rightful running. S Lisnyy’s license to ride in races was suspended for a
period to commence 1/9/17 and expire 9/9/17, on which day he may
resume. The determined penalty of a suspension of 7 meetings was
mitigated to allow for S Lisnyy’s record and a 10% contribution applied to
the racing manners of Floki, which displayed a level of reluctance to
continue to improve quickly, when racing inside Oakfield Time.
Oakfield Time – hung out rounding the home turn.

Josh Adams at Moree eased up when he thought he had the race won but got run down 6 weeks in limbo.

Take your point about R Fradd.  I was at the Deagon trials this morning and everything he rode travelled out near the car park . Must be in his DNA. Take a tip though, drop off Sweet Red Wine. I know the stable thought it had some ability before it got to the track.
Doubt they still have the same opinion.

There were some bad options taken on some beaten favs in Ipswich today.

Would be interesting to see how they go next start.
