Rad, I don't need to tell you how to suck eggs, but if you have the freedom, a suggestion from me would be to run a tipping comp with the winner getting the right to select the songs for 30 mins or whatever - provided they chose good songs.         We'd have to hope that Geoff had a bad day on the tip.

If Rad does that up that suggestion I further suggest he uses it as a Midweek Comp prize, restricted, of course, to those who have participated in the preceding month.

Not a bad idea. I quite like JWH's thoughts but would possibly limit it to weekly winners of the midweek comp since I rejoined ... a short list but a very notable list!!

Whilst that would surely bear fruit re an enjoyable playlist, it wouldn't encourage future participation.

Mate, I'll have to let you know whether I can help. Our playlist is mainly 1960 - 2000 and comprises about 10,000 songs but we only have a handful added each year through the last decade. We might have them, but it is less likely than likely.

3mFM is perfectly suited to old farts like DD and Mono ... and me

Matt, I think Rad is trying to attract listeners , not chase them away with crap music.

:boxing: I doubt anybody under 82 years and 23 days would think that is a crap song.

The new year has started and I'll start posting the odd tip or two and see how things go. 3 at Bairnsdale today: 1/10, 5/3, 6/5. Good luck!

Thought I found the biggest omen bet of the year...maybe even a few years...at Bairnsdale in the next.
Looked at #7...Rad Rules.

Put my glasses on in excitement only to find out it was called Rael Rules.

Now I gotta have something on it

Rad having a shocker today. Tip #1 runs second. What bloody happened there?
Second tip wins to save him some face.

Win strike rate drops to an all time low of 80 %
