so the peter mair thread was closed

I noted  the problem with this place was the likes of him

I was wr............

if the collective is going to stifle robust debate , that will be the end of most things

some commented about (as always) playing to the man and not the ball , so to speak

I pose a question

so the likes of pm can regularly post their crap without a yelp and when I post a discussion about his relentless crap , the conversation is shut down

how long before nobody posts anything here ?

over to you guys I guess

thumbs up

And then you get Westie using his position to post comments in locked threads where no one can respond  :chin:

Rat
Sorry to intrude on your thread, however I think WoD [sorry didn't see it was blocked] wants a right of reply.

I have no problem with what PM posts [don't agree with most] and he has not complained about replies from forum members, what I do object to is Wily Old Dog calling him a lying bastard and I have asked Magic to include 'bastard' as a banned word.

If someone constantly repeats his thoughts as fact, after being constantly proven wrong, he is a liar.

The fact that Mair refuses to even discuss /debate his thoughts shows heís piss weak.

The fact that Mairs sole contribution to this forum is to post his spamming lies, whilst belittling that same forum, shows that his a bastard

Hence heís a lying bastard

Whatís actually sad is that heís allowed to spam and denigrate this place by people who supposedly care about it.

Ironic isn't it . The win was at Caloundra ; and he shared in the ownership of the winner with a fellow Director of the Brisbane Racing Club. The only reason they were racing at Caloundra is because the dopes (Directors ) who run  Eagle Farm have turned it into a sand pit.

as expected
the dopes are racing Queensland and the government
who funded and were the overseers of the rebuild ?

Great to know that the Directors of the Race Club have nothing to do with the Racecourse. Must have been appointed to flog off the surrounding land to their property developer mates or maybe run the Sunday markets at the place that used to be a Racecourse.

Well done  :clap2:

Alan Jones really raised the profile of the drought last week when broadcasting from the bush.

There were stories of people in far north inland Queensland of having to rely on charity to have water delivered to schools. FFS. We can afford a $50 billion white elephant NBN so spoilt kids (voters of tomorrow) can "game" faster, but when it comes to getting a little bit of water for basic needs to areas suffering from drought the various Federal and State governments go missing.

I said to the wife yesterday my concern now is that people & businesses are falling over themselves to donate money & it's seems like a lot has been pledged.

I just hope it finds it's way to where it's needed and not eaten away or squandered on 'admin' etc

true mate , our team looked closely at this .
many charities  are 50/50 or there abouts , Rural Aid is something like 80% to the needs of farmers .
hope this helps

As a lifelong Dragons supporter I am happy with todays result
( my mum bought me a souths jumper when I was seven , I cried . she said I knew it started with S  lol )
the end problem  is Widdop gone , De Bellin iffy , if they follow the rules Graham is gone as well
overall a good season .
cheers
