I'd noticed that too, I'd say it's just a glich. have you sent through feedback?

Part of the problem is I doubt those in change, actually use the site to realise those errors, so unless 'we' the users report the faults, they would go on unnoticed.

Racenet v. punters.com.au

What is the game being played out in the murdoch-monster bunker.

A takeover of the 'racing' interests of Tabcorp is still on the agenda ......... sure beats a 'start-up' in a crowded field.

On the form-guide front, the valauble asset is -- was -- Racenet -- albeit now labouring after a 'makeover' has made a mess of a once benchmaerk business.

........ throwing PDC+ on the market, as a subscription service, looks like a ploy to test the intelligence of punters.

Punters will not have a bar of this ------ no one should sign on to pay for it.

Racenet v. Punters.com: the sense of confusion deepens

No one in their right mind would pay for 'access' to punters.com.

The only newscorpse asset is Racenet .............. and it has been devalued by 'improvements' that have so undermined its credibility as to make it untrustworthy.

Racenet, once the benchmark, is now an unsaleable 'service' to no one or anyone.

In the foreground is RVL pandering to corporate bookmakers, other than VICTAB.

................. this is not a conspiracy ......... this is an unfolding plan to see racing and form-based punting relegated to the realms of world-wide-wrestling.

The Murdochs and RVL must be thinking the market for 'punting customers' has gone mad to the point of betting 'survival' against 'oblivion'.

Take the tip .......... bet on 'oblivion'.

I find the Blackbook very convenient if the subscription is reasonable I'll probably subscribe.

I think the message is confusing that you will continue to receive your email notifications maybe they meanwhile you won't be able to update your Blackbook they'll continue to email those runners that are in your Blackbook at 8 Feb

Murdoch-men in town, packing lead, is something to be feared -- by everyone.

Most punters have no idea what is going on.

The murdoch-machine did not get to be a major media player globally by being thoughtless.

It may underestimate the stupidity of most punters (already burned by one or more 'tipping services')

The real game is possibly a different one ..... 'proving' to RVL and RNSW that it would be commercially sensible to subsidise the cost of continuing to do what they do 'free of charge'.

A couple of posts on the Rnet site were precient:

.............and they keep an accurate tally on each tipster's overall performance, now that would be something.

once they force us to pay for form, its also marks the end to Racenet you watch how fast its viewers leave and the site dies

Well there was 24 comments last night when I tried to post this -

I'm not adverse paying for a service but that service needs to be top shelf quality, clearly this move is designed by someone who has NFI, how can you expect anyone to pay for something that they don't know what the service is?? 'Coming soon' doesn't cut it. You don't pay for a car without test driving it FFS. There's a reason drug dealers give out samples .....

It's fairly obvious Racenet have zero idea what their customers actually want, nor what is worth paying for.

Not to mention actually getting the service right before launching it. The form is riddled with errors & missing data but no one bothers fix it. All this from a site who yesterday promised in communication - look out for more details tomorrow which will include an email ...... still waiting, tick, tick, tick.

The app is rubbish after the supposed upgrade and the product has only devalued since it was purchased.

There's now over 50 commented yet the above was obviously moderated and didn't get through

Pretty weak IMHO

I've since edited it and tried to have my thoughts known.

Does Racenet even know what their customers actually want, or what they are willing to paying for? I have no interest in 'experts' nor their opinion (others might) yet Racenet seems to lump everyone in the same boat.
