Hope you are enjoying the Punters Forum on DISCORD.

I joined, said hello to a few people, read the forum, because it is interesting, and basically the same layout as PUNTERS,
then got BANNED without even making a post, and my account DISABLED.

Contacted DISCORD Support to advise them exactly that, and received an email saying thankyou for taking the time to contact us, we will give you a reply,
and of course no one has bothered to get back to me.

Made me provide all forms of verification, and has now blocked my phone number / email (disabled account) etc.... as not being valid

There would be no point in paying for the PUNTERS $4.99 subscription service on the old PUNTERS website, unless you want access to the blackbooks, speed maps , form guides etc....       If you wanted to join for access to the forum all of the members, who are welcome, have moved to the free Punters - DISCORD Forum.

As an aside, My wife originally joined PUNTERS, and I originally posted on her account, and we even won the Group 1 Tipping Comp on PUNTERS,
and we also had the highest number of winners that year as well (separate prize)

Gave $200 of my winnings back to those running the comp as a reward for their efforts.

I later set up my own account with my own email, which is the Bythelake username.  (Only ever used those 2 ID's)

I was a member of PUNTERS for over 10 years, never got banned ever, and now am no longer welcome on the Punters - DISCORD forum.

PUNTERS is now an offline, invite only forum, that picks and chooses who they allow to join.  They obviously want to share tips between each other and no one else is welcome.

Hi to  Dave , Bushy and Bags who have joined RacehorseTalk, and Fours (Hi Quatro) who  is already a member.

It remains to be seen whether I am welcome here, or whether enough members will post to keep it interesting, as most of the punters members would still be active on the free Punters - DISCORD forum.

It is a shame I don't have access, as it is still a really good forum, with a lot of information and banter, the same as the original forum.

Hi Jrake,

It's hard to tell.  I clicked on the original link I was given from Macca, and entered my email, then it showed me the name of Punters Discord has been changed to "The Betting Ring" and there were close to 700 registered users and about 87 online, then a button came up accept invite, and it told me my invite was invalid, and then I tried a link Pie gave to me this morning, which seemed to be the same or a similar link, and it says, the invite has expired.  The only option I have is to try and contact support on Discord, and they log a docket but never respond to you at all, so I have no idea really why I have been banned or had my access disabled.

I was continually asking me for verification, and gave me the 6 digit code to enter once, then doesn't send a code any more.

I tried loading the app on my phone, and I get to prove I am not a robot and identify, trucks, bikes, motorbikes or planes, then don't have access anyway.

I've become a bit disenchanted by the fact that there are three forum channels, after they had a problem with one of them. So you ware not really missing out on much.
