COMPETITION IN THE RACING MEDIA?

.............. one would like to think so ................ but probably unlikely.

The most interesting contender would be 'archie butterfly' but he has gone to a subscription model that will limit his exposure to paying professionals more likely to ensure what he says is never heard... Subscribe or log in to read the rest of this content.

The other contender is likely to be put over the fence as the race it is in unfolds.

Racingís newest TV preview show airs from this Saturday.............SENís Winners will air on national TV from this Saturday when shown on 7TWO while being simulcast on SENTrack radio..............The program will air from 10 to 11am and cover the big Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes day meeting at Caulfield and the George Main Stakes card at Randwick.

.....best wishes and good luck boys!

Unlikely --- more destined to fall over as the race unfolds ........... I just cannot see the Murdoch-Monopoly-Mindset letting some interloper sustain a start ......... I understand MMM has 'bought' Racenet, Bet busters and Punters.com to complement its ownership of SKY, Sportsman and its subsidized publication of 'form' in the major (not best) racing tabloids ............ and, newly, has 'signed' any commentating columnist with a TVN profile.

......... this is not a green-fields site where a newly planted seed is likely to get clean air....... Hoss and the team will have the devils own job to not be put over the fence in this race with the devil.
