I read some of their recent posts and in my humble opinion, they are sailing close to the wind with some of their opinions of rides.

If it's the one I'm thinking of  it's only an opinion and Stewards did open an inquiry which as far as I know hasn't been completed I thought the same after watching the race......hard to make a not trying charge stick since the "not blameworthy defense was dreamed up by the late Tom Hughes QC"

https://www.racingqueensland.com.au/racing-and-results/video-replays/player/thoroughbred/doom/20200116/race/2

The colours on the horse were used by the late Morrie Chagoury ....a friend of my family .....on State Emblem there was a pic of him on the wall of the Markey's shop on Sandgate Rd I haven't seen it lately or even  know if it's still there the late Vince Markey trained the horse..... I went to the same school as Cec Markey a son who was killed in a race fall Danny was also a jockey he married a lovely girl hope they are together and still in love.

Mmm, not to sure about the ride. The horse is a donkey who was doing ok under its own steam.
Would a crack around the arse spurred it on :chin:

In saying that the critique from the bloke at letsgohorseracing was totally over the top nonsense

I guess we’ll know more later today after it races.

Going up a grade from a maiden to class 1 and distance 1350 then to 1640 today I'll just be a watcher.

I am not sure what to say after watching Helsun win going away. I thought he had a good chance based on his last run. Literally I just had a couple $ on him and won at double figure odds but not enough even to buy a case of beer.

I can’t wait to see what the website will say now.

They really got stuck into Helsun’s win.

Not sure what is going on but there seems to be aspersions cast on a particular ex NSW trainer who is training in Qld.

Surely you cannot take Butterfly seriously

It is not about being serious, it is the innuendo which makes people think.

Coincidences usually become conspiracy theories.

The trainer in question is going well and is chasing big riches. However if he wins them, will his rivals start muttering amongst themselves. Chances are some will. It is human nature.

On a side note, I do think at times, they do go over the top with descriptions of rides. But saying that they do give you some horses to follow. Helsun was a good example.
