I asked a question of you Chuggers.
What have you contributed to this forum over the last 3 to 4 months ?

You don't want to contribute to this forum, if you did, you would have participated in racing threads and not just threads that are designed to bash me and or the previous moderators.

I am going to give you the opportunity to get involved with some of the racing discussion to prove that your intentions are genuine.

If not then there is no real reason for you being a part of this forum as far as I can see.

I asked a question of you Chuggers.
What have you contributed to this forum over the last 3 to 4 months ?
Unlike you I look at the history of the Bash ...which without checking has been 8 or 9 years...
With help from Ric who most regulars know on this forum at a Brissie Bash...said can we do this in Sydney..I replied..I will look into it....my own initiative...a bloke called Praiseworthy offered 20 tickets in the first year..filled it up and we had a ball..next year offered the same...but 32 or wanted to come..Praiseworthy...said you can have the whole place..40 tickets...have filled it up since thanks to to Philby and his connections with Tabcorp....

And you dare to limit your question above to the last 3 or 4 months my contribution to the forum....you know too well why I have limited my posts lately...its is bloody obvious ...from the persons banned and have disappeared from the forum....I can bring it up again...but let's not  go there....

Now....on what has happened in the last 6 months on this forum I decided on my own accord to contact Philby , due to the downhill run this place had been going, can Tabcorp offer a meeting for a Bash..cause we did not have one last year...when you lost your tickets Majic...I get that..I was as disappointed as you...he got it and here we are...I did this on my own accord to try and brighten up the the place...hardly anyone from the forum is coming...but I busted my gut to try and get this place moving....

And you insult me and say what has your contribution being on this forum in the last 3 or 4 months...I have been trying to get this Bash going again with hardly any support from the forum..

Again..posted the truth for all to see....don't say I do not try...

Majic,
I was posting my reply when you responded....see my post...take a deep breath...the bash is my immediate issue and I will deal with that and ensure it is a success...after that we maybe into the wars after...but then again we could be at peace...a new world..mostly up to you...it's not brain science mate...its communications...

Ok, quite obvious you don't want to contribute to the discussion of a racing nature.

You have organised your day out at the races and there for no longer any need to be a part of this forum.

You were unbanned so you could organise this race day.

And were told quite explicitly no more carry on and at your first opportunity you bash me again because I didn't give a reason for not going to this day at the races.

You and this whole situation has become toxic Chuggers and I am cutting the cord for my own sanity, sure you and others understand that this is more than is deserved.

If anybody has any issues with Chuggers being removed from this forum for the last and final time, I suggest you go join them over at tbv.

As far as I am concerned, the forum and I have moved on from all that.

Moving onward and upward.

Yep I understand.

Typical though after a long running bet between Souths (Chuggers) and Tigers (Ara & myself) the one year we are gonna finish in front of them.......

I wasn't too worried about the bet, more just trying to lighten up the situation a bit.

That is very sad news indeed.

Ricochet's real name was Rick O'Shea I'm pretty sure.

Met him and his partner on a couple of occasions and a nicer bloke it would be hard to find.

Vale Rick.

Fairly sure I met him at the Brisbane Bash about 3 or 4 years ago. He was up there with a mate ( Derek ?) they both came across as good blokes.
At that time, one of the two was not in the best of health but I do not know which one.
From his profile he would have been around 81 years of age.

RIP
Rick

Never nice to receive news of someone you know passing away. First spoke with Ric when the old Racenet forum suddently folded and pointed him in the direction of TNHRF, he was most pleased he had not lost the many freindships made a Racenet. We met up on many get togethers / bashes.

Condolences to family and relatives.

RIP Ric
