Incorrect

The TAB contributes to three tipping comps.

Some regard them as the "main" comps.

Others don't.

Others (a handful or so) regard a comp that has been going on this forum since 2009 as the "main" comp.

This comp is the Weekday Tipping Comp for which a prize or two is funded by participants in a moment of weakness but the real attraction is the daily competition.

Sincerest apologies for using the word "main" in a superlative sense and referring to the TAB comps Geoffrey.

But you know what I meant  ;)

Philby, hope your well

Mate, what are the chances of getting the ex Australian names in the field or form guides for horses racing in HK.

After all it’s like another state of our great racing nation up there

Eg, Hello Beauty In the 9th up their was a slashing good 2yo here that ran 2nd to sunlight in the MM in January
Thanks Wily, hope the carnival is treating you well.  Have had a chat to the fellow who produces our form and we are looking into this.  Apparently the convention 20 years ago or so was to do exactly as you have asked however it has fallen away over the journey.  That being said I still think it is a great idea and will keep progressing.  Cheers, Philby

Why would anyone make a comment like this?

Thanks Wily, hope life is all apples for you as well and you are managing to find your fair share of winners.  I am looking into your request to see what might be possible.  Cheers, Philby
Thanks Peter for your ongoing commentary, whilst I don't always agree with you, I am a strong believer in your right to express your point of view and you have always impressed me in the way that you generally play the ball and not the man/person.  You surprised a bit on this occasion with your question but there you go.  From my perspective I have got a lot of enjoyment over the journey commenting on this forum on matters pertaining to racing and on matters to pertaining to Tabcorp.   Meeting people on here has even lead to some real life catch ups on racecourses that I really enjoyed - some even sponsored by Tabcorp at a point in time.  I have never met Wily but found him to be a tremendous contributor on this forum and over the journey he has provided much feedback to the Tab.   For that reason I wished Wily all the best on this occasion, I have really appreciated his input over the journey.  I always welcome feedback on this forum and elsewhere because it gives us an opportunity to improve our offering to punters.  We are not perfect but we are on a never ending journey to improve - to get it right, a journey I really relish. Cheers, Philby

Congrats guys,

Nice innovation to have a big tipping comp on the site on Derby day.

Would be nice to see more of these.

Hi Philby
Some vital video replays appear to be missing from tomorrow’s Ascot meeting.
Last start for the the tippy in the first. Why would that be 5he case?

Cheers

For those that haven't heard, the following changes that the ANZ are making may have an impact for those who deposit with an ANZ credit card.
