Who are the people you see at the start of Sydney races on the inside of the track?
Is there a law or something that says there has to be witnesses or what ? :chin:

Don't notice any of them holding cameras and they seem to be different people every race.
Do the barrier attendants get to give away tickets to watch the starts?

Good idea sending them to Sydney to train, they'll go back to Melbourne and wait for the horses to jump out arse first
