Oh good.  I thought you might be having a seizure.

If you want to look at real racism have a look at the Sth African team.

They have a quota of black players.  That's real racism.

Of course had it been reversed and it had been whites doing it they'd call it apartheid.

And the once mighty Sth African team aint doing so well.

Can't think why.

Just on the security guard issue.  How about the Indian who was coming on to the ground

to interfere with the players.  Told by the boundary umpire that he can't come on to the ground.

This, apparently, raises "training issues."  No it doesn't.

Indians simply work cheaper.  And that's all there is to it.

Khawaja needs to go.  He is stifling this team.

We've had good starts and then bugger all.  Bring Smith up to 3 and then Maxwell.

If we can't get a big score backed onto a great start bring in Marsh.

Maybe even put Marsh at 3, Smith at 4 and then Maxwell.

Marsh will have a crack and either smite the opposition or get out.

Khawaja is batting for himself.

Behrendorff may look like a member of the Hitler youth but I think he might be a better prospect

than Coulter-Nile.  His bowling looks more dangerous.

Why Lyon hasn't been bowling is behond me.  Yet to get the cherry against the Poms so will be interesting.

We have them on the ropes thus far.

FZ, when you purely post about cricket and sports without the politics in the posts,  are pretty insightful.

I disagree with you in regards to Maxwell being number 4. He is like a Bevan who can score runs fast but is wasted if there is a collapse.

I agree regarding Smith being no 3 as he is the complete package. Khawaja should be 4 or dropped.

In regards to Lyons, quite strange how Australia have played him. The other countries have used their spinners really well while we are too reliant on our seamers.

England are in a quandary because next matches are against NZ and India. The big positive for them is their net run rate so they could sneak in the semis.

Bangers have India and Pakistan left so they will be hoping for England to lose both as they are 1 pt behind England and at least a win for them against their opponents.

Insightful
Since he was calling for our captain to be dropped heís scored
82
153
53
100
All in the name if getting a broken down hack like Marsh back into the team. He has a sick fascination with him

Not true.  I said "he'd better make some runs."

He has and well done to him.

Print what I said, not what you think I said and you'll do better.

Unfortunately Jeunes it isn't me who brings politics into sport.  Politics has always been in sport.

Politics are wide ranging.  Sport and controversy go hand in hand.  You can bury your head if you like.

I tend to like to discuss them.  But rest assured, I'm not the originator!

I do think Maxwell needs to come up the order IF we have a solid start.  I should have made that distinction.

I'd like to see him come in first drop if we get off to a start like we did against England.

Smith can play the anchor role admirably - it suits his style.  I don't think Kwawaja is suited to 50 over cricket.

Marsh could come in or even Coulter-Nile in his place.  They're both better in the field too.

I agree Khawaja  is close to being dropped. Smith should then bat at three, then Maxwell at no 4. Whether Coulter Nile or Marsh takes Khawaja's place depends on whether they need another batsman or an all-rounder. Carey & Stoinis can both bat.
The  other night Maxwell was belting the ball over the place until he was run out by Khawaja not responding to Maxwell's call, Maxwell was filthy on Khawaja and last night Khawaja turned his back on the play and nearly ran Finch out. I doubt Khawaja is that popular with other players , IMO he is more suited to test cricket as he does not seem to have that "big hit " in him .

Should have both Marshes for Sydney so that's a good thing.

Finch has to go.

Khawaja has registered scores of 28, eight and five across the first two Tests and a combined total

of 54 in the Melbourne Test.

How come no-one is calling for his head?

I notice you have stopped your Sean Marsh bullshit too Wily whilst you sit there waiting for him fail.

He batted well in this Test and got a bullshit decision in the second innings.

Mitch Marsh bowled extremely well in the 1st inning and didn't get a bowl in the second.

They should move him to open and piss off Finch.

I'd actually drop Finch and Warner and open with Shaun Marsh and Khawaja.

2016?  Getting desperate at all?

When it came to the WORLD CUP I said Finch had better make some runs.

He did.  Good for him.

NOne of the rest refers to the WORLD CUP so get over it.

Marsh had not had his chance in this comp and if that's what Langer decrees then so be it.

But I'd take him over Khawaja in a 50 over contest any day.

And I don't have to troll back to find where you agreed that Marsh is an excellent one day player.

And Australia win easily without the top order producing.  Excellent knock by Carey.

Brilliant bowling by Behrendorff and Starc.

India v England tonight.  Interesting match.

Pakistan v Afghanistan match was a good fight on and off the field. Sounds similar to some of the afl matches here and soccer in the world. Mind you in Nrl we miss the fights on the ground at times.

Maxwell is brain dead.

Carey continues his brilliant form.

Khawaja out with a hamstring can only help our cause but unfortunately it won't be Marsh replacing him.

Stoinis looks proppy too.

Play England Thursday.

What changes will be wrought?

You would think  Handscomb, who was added to the squad when Marsh injured would replace Khawaja.

If Stoinis is out they either play an extra bowler or maybe Mitch Marsh could come in. (that would delight wod)

Wade and Mitch Marsh have joined the squad on standby.
