I was going to comment on that the other day when people were trying to tip winners  :/ deadset raffle and you are on a hiding to nothing tipping on this stuff.

You must have no respect for money betting on this form of cricket

Andrew Symonds looked like he had a black eye  :what: on the left side

I thought he had big bags under his eyes--aging quickly.

Gin,

Agreed--but fun to watch---I'm on NSW--and at this stage think I'm no chance---but got a few the last few games on low scores.

Think it was Damien Flemming commenting on the size of the crowd (nearly 30k)

Imagine if it had been a sunny day today

Interesting to see all the hype about crowd figures for the T20

What was the crowd at the test?

12 matches so far

10 batting first have won

Vic chased down NSW at MCG, SA chased down QLD at Adelaide

So the supposedly unpredictable game is very predictable

Seems that way.

But you know what will happen now when you back the next team batting first?

No Wily, the comparison is "What was the crowd at the Shield match?

Do you begrudge the state cricket associations the money that they are getting from these T20s?

What a silly thought, of course I don't begrudge them the money

It's about the big picture. Are you suggesting they get rid of Shield Cricket?

If you ever lose your "Wily" nic you should give some thought to "Non Sequitur" as its replacement.

wily, there is nothing wrong with this little window whilst the school holidays are on to have this money printing machine that is T20, In fact its a rather smart move.

Would Shield matches be full of school kids and their families ?

I answered, "of course I don't"

I was only listening on the ABC but even me who is the most stauch test cricket follower was bored with the Pakis bowling wide of the off stump  :thumbsd:

Can someone please tell them you don't win test matches with fieldsmen on the fence and bowling wide so the batsmen leave 9 out of 10

Should tell him to go and watch net practice, cause that's what T20 is
