Bournemouth, Watford and Norwich City are the newly promoted clubs.

Watford have been busy signing a few players - wouldn't be surprised if their #1 fan Elton John is putting his hand into his pocket.

Bournemouth are in the top flight for the very first time since their inception in 1890!!

The Canaries Norwich City return after a 1 year absence.

Harry Kewell becoming involved at Watford

Harry Kewell is appointed as Watford Under-21 coach

Former Liverpool and Leeds striker Harry Kewell has been appointed as Watford's Under-21 coach.
Kewell, 36, who played for Galatasaray and won 56 caps for Australia, retired last year and has been running a youth academy in his home country.
Watford's sporting director Luke Dowling said: "He now has a proven track record when it comes to working with and nurturing young footballers.
"His knowledge and experience will be of great benefit to the club."

Made a couple of good signings and looks like they are getting Adebayor.

Foxes have sacked their coach. Nigel Pearson is everything to that club. Not sure what is going on there

Newcastle are a basket case. Have two players in my squad - two of their "big signings" - never going to listen to my Newcastle supporting mate ever again

Go down 1-0 at Swansea after only 8 minutes and now they are down to 10 men.

They should never have got rid of Alan Pardew. He must be laughing now being at Palace.

Speaking of Crystal Palace, huge game for Arsenal tomorrow.

They travel across the Thames to play Palace tomorrow. They lose, they are bottom with Bournemouth (assuming Bournemouth don't get any points at Anfield) and Palace are equal top of the table. I can hear the Arsne Wegner knives being sharpened already

This is what we like to see...hope it stays that way. Foxes were $5,000 to win the EPL. They are probably now into $2,000

City v Chelsea about to start....doesn't get much better than this. Almost like territorial rights on the EPL this year to be decided

Sorry, I missed the comp.   :embarrassed:

I set up an auto fill side that's now in a public league somewhere. I didn't do anything with it and will be taking the season off.

How good was that. Swansea crowd is great to watch - Manchester United always have some problems when they travel to Wales

Haven't caught any of this on our news (because I tuned out from Peta Credlin overload) but this strikes me as cute.

Rejected by Spurs and Blackburn. and now relegated to a substitute for Bayern, Lewandowski created any number of records against Volkswagen to make life seem that much bearable:

A hair raising period.

Villa topple Birmingham in the carling cup. Even if we are relegated it will still be a successful year.  8-)

Leicester now the only undefeated team.

Sportsbet have reacted by tightening their price on winning the EPL from $5,000 into $3,000  :bulb:

Geezus why didn't I have a lousy $2 at the $5,000's - would have made a bit of money as they have come in significantly.

Good luck to Jamie Vardy as he tries to break the record having equalled it last week.

Just saw an interesting stat.

Goals scored this season thus far:

Jamie Vardy - 13
West Brom - 12
Watford - 12
Stoke - 11
Villa - 10

William Hill offering $6 for a Vardy goal + Leicester win

OR

$13 for a Vardy goal plus United win - very tempted to have the max bet $20 on that one.

Having Leicester on top this far in is great and they simply deserve it. Mahrez has been stunning for them as well.

I will not be supporting a team in the Premier League for the first time next year. The drop to the championship beckons for villa.

They will rally - them and Newcastle always do.

Villa has been on this trajectory for a few years - can't see them turning it around this season.

Could be worse ara ...... after making the promotion playoffs last year, mighty Stranraer look destined to join the bottom division in Scotland next year.  :tears:

OK. After all the negative talk about Villa, I have backed them at $6.50 with TAB - promotion gives you a bonus bet if they lead at any time but lose. Could have got $7 with Ladbrokes.

They are away to Southampton who I wouldn't describe as "top flight". Southampton have lost their last two and struggled against Sunderland before that.

There arrives a point of "good value" in any match up and I think $7 is beyond this point.
