Winner, my comments that you had a better chance picking "extreme weather" than predicting a cricket match was made on Friday, I believe the test was won a few minutes before stumps on Saturday. How you could come to a conclusion about me being "usual an expert after the event" defies logic, then again you tend to be illogical.Maybe you should cut back on those strong hot lattes, you prefer, and go back to the weak warm cups.

Any answer to my Starc question?
All very confusing but Starc was awarded a player of the match award which was a special accolade for his performance then the Man of the match went to O'keefe.

Thanks SW

So "Player of the Match" award was a different award to the "Man of the Match" award.

That explains why I was confused.

Wonder what the criteria for each award was. :chin:

Hmmm,

More clarification needed on this 'player' thingy.

Historically 'player' refers to off field antics with the opposite sex....

Lol

Thanks for the laugh Bubba.

How about you tell us  who will win the next test before the first ball is  bowled rather than after 2 and half innings ?

We all know how well you went criticising Zampa's selection before the event.

JWH

I read Starc's award was a sponsor's award. I assume Starc's sponsor. :)

Imagine if every sponsor handed out an award after the match. Lol

Hang on Winner, did Zampa actually play in that test ? He is still unproven at test level in India.

Keep up Bubba

We we talking about the 20/20

Just on Zamps he actually has (or had) the equal best bowling in the IPL at 6/17 but of course that's a different kettle of fish.

For crying out loud Matthew Hayden is in the commentary box.

He is worse than Michael Clarke.

I hear Shane Watson is India's DRS coach.

Is there any reason the grass has been mowed in the square patterns ?

8/50 says it all.

Australia I suspect will not want to bat again.

We have a real test match on our hands.

Nice effort by the Indians to fight back.

Cant agree, Bubba hasn't announced who he thinks will win yet, so there must still be some doubt about the outcome. :)
