I don't know the crowd number for last night, suffice to say if it was officially "a man and his dog" that would be an exaggeration.

Manly supporters don't deserve a team in the comp.

Two games on the Sat night is stupid, especially with the second one starting at 8.30 (actually closer to 9 once started for tv). That would turn off a lot of families.

Should be 2 games on the Sunday (today), at 2pm & 4pm.

Agree with BOTH of you.

I loved the two games last night, nothing better than having the Footy on inn the background at work, but agree an 8.30 start is too late.

Yes, it was a ridiculous time to start the match, but I doubt there wouldn't be another Sydney side that wouldn't have doubled that crowd except, maybe, Easts.

Maybe, and just maybe there was another reason.  That reason I would have thought, any Rabbits supporter would have never realised considering they are the only supporters who have pride.

But back to the reason, ah yes, what was it again.  Yes, lets let Manly finish 2nd on the ladder and then NOT GIVE THEM A HOME MATCH AT BROOKVALE.

Another great decision from the NRL and lets everyone throw it in the face on Manly.  But as usual, we will just point to the scoreboard -

How hard is it to travel from the Northern Beaches to the SFF ?

Straight over The Spit, under the tunnel, turn left and ya there.

Hopeless. Manly fans do not deserve a team in the NRL.

Bring in the Central Coast Bears.

When the bunnies keep failing to make the 8 and they go broke again, we shall see who does not stay in the comp.

Ummm, interesting that you comment about "go broke", from what I've read lately the terms "financial viability" and "the Manly club" are becoming what might be termed "mutually exclusive".

My guess is that should Manly get punted a march to "Save The Sea Eagles" would probably get as far as the Steyne.

Nice rant but you might want to point your blame elsewhere ... ie your own club  All clubs voted for this unanimously at the end of last season  ;)

As Warren Ryan asked last night. Just how unanimously did they vote for this ?

Where did I say I supported it  :what:

Or aren't my comments unbiased because it's not what you want to hear  emthdown

Either way it must have been unanimous or very close to it as you'd think no club would agree to give up a 'home' semi  :chin:

That said Brookvale would be close to the worst NRL ground in the league, playing and watching.

I didn't even see the game myself last night.  After a day of punting I dozed off in my comfy chair not long after the Broncos game.   Wife woke me well after the game was all over.

Here , maybe this might shut a few people up for an hr or so.  The USA are about to play Ireland.  USA have 30 start at even money.  This could be the bet of the year as the Irish have been going woeful.

So signing off.

Yep, high recommendation that one

So lets get this straight in a simple format -

You slag off the NRL for denying Manly a home semi (wrong)

I pointed out that it was actually all the clubs who decided (right)

Yet I'm the moron and bias  :chin: Can really see your logic there

Gintara only has one fault and that is that he barracks for Parra

Grats - Out of an extended family from grandparents down of about 60 odd, my sister and I are the only ones who didn't support North Sydney   :bdn:
